Schedule/Hours:

  • Full-time travel assignment (details provided during interview)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute advanced nuclear cardiology studies including SPECT, SPECT/CT, PET/CT, and hybrid imaging with accuracy and professional expertise.
  • Provide compassionate, patient-focused care, clearly explaining procedures and ensuring patient comfort and safety.
  • Acquire, process, and review diagnostic images; perform daily quality control; maintain radio pharmacy operations compliant with NYSDOH guidelines.
  • Accurately manage and document patient data using the eRecord CUPID system, maintaining rigorous regulatory and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Nuclear Cardiology and peers to introduce new technologies and continuously refine lab protocols.
  • Uphold ICARE valuesIntegrity, Compassion, Accountability, Respect, and Excellencein every aspect of your practice.
  • Conduct SPECT blood flow studies, cardiac amyloidosis assessments, and hybrid imaging studies as required.

Qualifications:

  • 2 years' experience in Nuclear Medicine
  • At least 6 months cardiac imaging experience
  • Active NYS Radiologic Technologist License
  • NMTCB or ARRT(N) certification
  • Preferred: Bachelors degree in Nuclear Medicine from an accredited program
