As a traveling Nuclear Medicine professional, youll engage with innovative diagnostic practices in a dynamic hospital setting, collaborate with seasoned clinicians, and deepen your clinical skills. Qualifications & Experience:

  • Current certification/registry in Nuclear Medicine Technology (NMTCB or ARRT-N)
  • State licensure (or eligibility) as required
  • Minimum of one year clinical experience in Nuclear Medicine
  • Mastery of nuclear medicine equipment; familiarity with SPECT, PET/CT, and radiopharmaceuticals
  • Strong communication and patient care skills
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) certification

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals with precision and patient safety in mind
  • Operate specialized imaging equipment to produce diagnostic scans
  • Collaborate with physicians to interpret images for accurate diagnoses
  • Maintain strict adherence to radiation safety protocols
  • Accurately document all procedures and patient interactions
  • Educate patients about procedures, addressing questions and ensuring comfort
