Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Current certification in Nuclear Medicine Technology (CNMT or ARRT-N)
• Valid state licensure for nuclear medicine practice
• Proficiency with SPECT, PET/CT, and general nuclear medicine imaging equipment
• Comprehensive knowledge of radiation safety protocols and regulatory compliance
• At least one year of previous clinical nuclear medicine experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of nuclear medicine imaging procedures with accuracy and compassion
• Administer radiopharmaceuticals and monitor patients throughout examinations
• Collaborate with radiologists and referring clinicians for timely and precise diagnostic results
• Uphold strict adherence to safety guidelines for both patients and staff
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient records and imaging results
• Troubleshoot imaging equipment, perform routine quality control checks, and report malfunctions
• Support patients by explaining procedures and addressing questions to reduce anxiety
