Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Associates or Bachelors degree in Nuclear Medicine Technology or related field
• Valid certification by ARRT (N) or NMTCB
• Active state licensure, if applicable
• Minimum 1 year of recent experience in Nuclear Medicine procedures
• Proficient with SPECT, PET, and hybrid imaging systems
• Strong understanding of radiation safety protocols and regulatory compliance
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative clinical setting

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals for imaging procedures in accordance with physician orders
• Operate and calibrate nuclear medicine equipment for accurate image acquisition
• Evaluate imaging results to ensure diagnostic clarity prior to physician review
• Maintain comprehensive, accurate records of procedures and patient data
• Monitor equipment performance and coordinate routine maintenance as required
• Provide compassionate patient education regarding procedures and safety measures
• Uphold rigorous safety standards to protect patients, staff, and oneself from unnecessary radiation exposure
