Schedule/Hours:
- Full-time travel assignment (specific shifts and hours will be discussed during the interview process)
Qualifications:
- Current certification from the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB) or ARRT(N)
- Registered or eligible to practice nuclear medicine technology in Illinois
- Prior experience in a clinical or hospital nuclear medicine department highly preferred
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Comfort working independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and administer radioactive tracers for patient imaging procedures
- Operate state-of-the-art nuclear medicine equipment to capture quality diagnostic images
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and comply with all radiation safety protocols
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to interpret and deliver timely diagnostics
- Provide compassionate patient care, thoroughly explaining procedures and ensuring comfort
