Desired Qualifications & Experience:

• Completion of an accredited Nuclear Medicine Technology program
• ARRT (N) or NMTCB certification (or eligibility)
• Current BLS certification
• Strong understanding of radiation safety, patient positioning, and imaging protocols
• Experience operating and troubleshooting nuclear medicine equipment
• Attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills for patient interactions
• Prior hospital imaging experience is preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine and specialized nuclear medicine imaging procedures under physician direction
• Prepare, administer, and document radiopharmaceuticals following safety protocols
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of imaging data for physician review
• Monitor patients during procedures, providing clear instructions and ensuring comfort
• Maintain proper documentation in medical records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
• Collaborate with other radiology and healthcare staff to coordinate efficient patient care
• Regularly inspect and maintain imaging equipment, reporting issues as needed
