Job Description
Embark on a dynamic opportunity as a skilled Imaging Multi-Modality Technologist, where youll collaborate with a dedicated healthcare team and provide essential diagnostic imaging services. This contract role emphasizes both CT and X-ray procedures and offers the professional reward of utilizing your diverse radiology expertise in a fast-paced environment.
Schedule:
- Four 10-hour shifts per week (Days)
Qualifications & Experience:
- Associate's degree in radiologic technology (required)
- Bachelors degree or equivalent, or Masters degree (preferred)
- At least three years of technical experience in a hospital or medical setting (preferred)
- Valid state Radiologic Technologist (RT) license (required)
- American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification, including ARRT-Radiography (ARRT-R) (required)
- Current Fluoroscopy license (required)
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required)
- Proven experience operating both CT and X-ray imaging equipment is essential
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality CT and radiologic imaging procedures in accordance with established protocols
- Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the imaging process
- Accurately document and report procedure results to the appropriate medical staff
- Maintain and calibrate diagnostic imaging equipment
- Collaborate effectively with clinicians, radiologists, and other allied health professionals
- Uphold strict adherence to safety, infection control, and confidentiality standards
