An opportunity is available for a skilled MRI Technologist to join a respected healthcare team for a 13-week contract assignment. In this role, you will be integral to providing high-quality diagnostic imaging services and contributing to patient care within a busy clinical setting.

Schedule/Hours:

• 13-week assignment
• Start date: ASAP

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in MRI imaging
• Active ARRT (MR) certification required
• Valid New York State licensure as an MRI Technologist
• Strong understanding of MRI safety protocols
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in operating MRI equipment and troubleshooting technical issues

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform quality MRI scans following facility protocols to assist in accurate diagnosis
• Prepare and position patients appropriately, ensuring comfort and safety throughout procedures
• Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare providers to ensure accurate imaging and information sharing
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with regulatory and facility standards
• Monitor MRI equipment for proper functioning and coordinate maintenance as needed
• Adhere to all infection control and safety guidelines
