This opportunity provides valuable exposure to diverse workplace practices, giving you the chance to observe a variety of leadership styles and protocols within a Level IV Trauma Center and Primary Stroke Center. Youll have the opportunity to enhance your resume with hands-on experience in both inpatient and outpatient MRI imaging, supported by knowledgeable colleagues and state-of-the-art technology.
Schedule/Hours
- Weekend rotation: once per month
- Call rotation: departmental schedule
- Time off: Up to 7 days approved
Qualifications/Experience
- One year of MRI experience preferred
- ARRT (MR) certification required
- BLS certification required
- Comfort with basic MR principles, MR safety, and peripheral IV starts with contrast injection
- Familiarity with implant workup protocols
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with Siemens Sola 1.5T and Siemens Skyra 3T scanners highly valued
- Charting experience with EPIC is beneficial
Key Responsibilities
- Provide MRI imaging for inpatient, outpatient, and ED patients
- Maintain safe practices and adhere to established protocols
- Perform implant workups and IV contrast injections
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care
- Engage in departmental support under supervision
