Schedule:

• Second Shift: Monday to Thursday, 1:00pm 11:00pm

Qualifications:

• Certification as an MRI Technologist (ARRT or equivalent)
• Valid, current state licensure as required
• Minimum 1 year experience operating MRI systems in a clinical or hospital setting
• In-depth knowledge of MRI safety protocols and imaging procedures
• Thorough understanding of patient positioning, image quality standards, and troubleshooting common equipment issues
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal skills to provide excellent patient care and collaborate with healthcare colleagues

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality MRI scans according to physician orders and standardized procedures
• Prepare and position patients while ensuring comfort and safety throughout the exam
• Screen patients and explain MRI procedures, responding sensitively to questions and concerns
• Assess image quality and work proactively to prevent errors or repeat scans
• Maintain and calibrate imaging equipment, reporting issues promptly
• Accurately document patient information and scan data in digital health records
• Support a team environment by collaborating professionally with radiologists, nurses, and support staff
