This travel MRI role allows you to engage with a 295-bed acute care hospital serving an expansive 11-county area of south central Kentucky. Youll build your resume through exposure to one of the regions most advanced cardiac and neurosurgical programs, including a renowned Spine Center. With weekly orientation sessions each Monday, youll quickly integrate into a fast-paced environment supported by over 1,200 healthcare professionals and more than 170 physicians from 38 medical specialties. Such diversity fosters the chance to learn new workplace methodologies, collaborate with leading clinical experts, and develop flexible leadership skills.

Schedule/Hours:

  • Weekly orientation every Monday

Qualifications:

  • MRI certification (with all credentials current before your start date)
  • Minimum of 60 miles or more from assignment location to qualify as a traveler
  • Additional certifications as required by facility guidelines
  • Recent experience in MRI imaging (travel experience preferred)
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Operate MRI equipment and perform diagnostic imaging procedures
  • Position patients and explain procedures to ensure comfort and safety
  • Collaborate with radiologists and the imaging team for accurate results
  • Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and confidentiality standards
  • Record, organize, and share imaging documentation as required
