Working in this Level IV Trauma and Primary Stroke Center offers the chance to expand your skill set through exposure to a broad spectrum of patients, from inpatient and outpatient cases to emergency department scenarios. This is a fantastic opportunity to enhance your resume by learning from innovative leaders and collaborating with diverse teams, while mastering advanced MRI techniques on state-of-the-art Siemens Sola 1.5T and Skyra 3T scanners.

Schedule/Hours:

  • Weekend rotation: Once per month
  • On-call duties as part of departmental rotation
  • Time off: Up to 7 days approved

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform high-quality MRI scans for inpatient, outpatient, and emergency cases using Siemens Sola 1.5T and Skyra 3T
  • Implement standard MRI protocols and ensure patient safety, including proper screening and implant workup
  • Start peripheral IVs, administer IV contrast, and manage basic MRI procedural workflow
  • Collaborate with radiologists and the healthcare team to deliver excellent patient care
  • Accurately document patient information within the EPIC system

Qualifications/Skills:

  • 1+ year of MRI experience; prior Siemens scanner experience is highly valued
  • ARRT (MR) certification required
  • Active BLS certification
  • Proficient with basic MR safety principles and peripheral IV starts
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
