Working within a Level 1 trauma center that serves a diverse population, youll take part in a robust department with five state-of-the-art MRI magnets. This role empowers you to expand your clinical acumen with experience in both routine and high-acuity cases, including neuro, body, and musculoskeletal imaging, as well as advanced scan protocols for patients under sedation or anesthesia. Youll navigate leading imaging tools like the GE Signa Artist (1.5T) and Architect (3T), and use EPIC and McKesson PACS, gaining hands-on expertise with systems prevalent in top medical centers.

Grow professionally by engaging with varied patient casesfrom stable outpatients to critical inpatientsincluding scanning those with complex implants and evolving medical needs. Exposure to different practice techniques and leadership styles ensures your knowledge remains cutting-edge. Schedule/Hours:

  • Flexible twelve-hour shifts: day (7am7:30pm) or night (7pm7:30am)
  • No call or weekend requirements; maintain assignments within the medical center

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of MRI experience
  • ARRT or ARMRIT certification and BLS required

Responsibilities:

  • Execute high-quality imaging studies and patient positioning
  • Navigate EMR/PACS for documentation
  • Educate and support patients through procedures
  • Comply with safety standards and regulatory requirements
