Schedule:
- Second Shift
- Monday through Thursday
- 1:00 pm 11:00 pm
Qualifications:
- Certification as an MRI Technologist (ARRT MRI preferred)
- Demonstrated experience operating MRI equipment and performing imaging procedures
- Strong understanding of MRI safety protocols and patient screening
- Excellent communication skills and ability to provide compassionate care
- Ability to collaborate with radiologists and multidisciplinary teams
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare patients for MRI procedures, ensuring comfort and safety throughout the process
- Operate MRI scanners to obtain high-quality diagnostic images as ordered by physicians
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and exam records
- Adhere to infection control and safety guidelines at all times
- Monitor equipment performance and collaborate with service vendors or engineering as needed
- Communicate procedure steps and address patient questions or concerns
