Job Description

Bring your expertise in MRI technology to a dynamic healthcare environment dedicated to exceptional patient care. As an MRI Tech, you'll play an essential part in providing high-quality imaging services and ensuring a comfortable experience for every patient.

Schedule:

  • (3) 12-hour day shifts per week

Key Requirements:

  • Current certification as an MRI Technologist (ARRT MR or equivalent)
  • Experience operating MRI equipment and related imaging technology
  • Strong knowledge of imaging safety procedures
  • Ability to communicate compassionately and effectively with patients and colleagues
  • Familiarity with electronic health records and PACS systems
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Perform diagnostic MRI examinations according to physician orders and established imaging protocols
  • Position patients correctly and comfortably to ensure optimal imaging results
  • Ensure all safety guidelines are met, including patient screening and use of protective equipment
  • Review images for clarity, accuracy, and diagnostic quality before submission to radiologists
  • Provide clear instructions and reassurance to patients throughout the imaging process
  • Accurately document procedures and maintain equipment cleanliness and readiness
