Schedule/Hours:
- Travel assignment; schedule specifics provided during interview
Qualifications:
- Current, valid certification in MRI imaging
- Registered by the ARRT (MRI)
- Experience with a variety of MRI protocols and equipment
- Active and unrestricted state licensure in medical imaging/radiology
- BLS certification (American Heart Association or equivalent)
- Strong communication skills and dedication to patient care
Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostic MRI procedures according to established policies and protocols
- Ensure patient safety, comfort, and privacy during examinations
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare team members to achieve optimal imaging quality
- Maintain and calibrate equipment; troubleshoot technical issues as needed
- Accurately document and maintain patient records
- Adhere to quality control and infection control standards at all times
