This travel role in MRI Imaging offers not only the opportunity to deepen your technical expertise but also to discover all that Milwaukee has to offer during your downtimefrom local breweries and museums to scenic trails along Lake Michigan. This assignment promotes both professional advancement and personal adventure.
Schedule/Hours:
- 7:30 AM 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday
- Every 5th weekend rotation
- EOH (Every Other Holiday)
- On-call responsibilities: 12 days per week, based on department needs
Qualifications:
- Active ARRT certification
- Current Wisconsin radiologic license
- Minimum 1 year of recent hospital MRI experience, including use of GE MRI systems
- EPIC EHR proficiency
- Previous travel/contract experience preferred
- Willingness to float within skill set or travel to affiliated facilities within 40 miles if needed
Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality MRI scans in accordance with physician orders
- Operate GE MRI systems safely and efficiently
- Document thoroughly using EPIC
- Collaborate professionally with physicians, nurses, and colleagues
- Provide responsive, compassionate care to every patient
- Participate in call rotation and assist in other imaging areas if needed
