Key Qualifications:

  • Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technologist or MRI program.
  • ARRT (MR) certification is strongly preferred.
  • Current BLS certification.
  • Demonstrated experience operating MRI equipment and conducting a variety of procedures.
  • Strong attention to safety protocols and patient care standards.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate MRI scanners to obtain high-quality diagnostic images as ordered by physicians.
  • Prepare patients for procedures, ensuring comfort, safety, and understanding of the process.
  • Accurately position patients and select appropriate imaging parameters.
  • Monitor patient condition during exams and communicate any concerns to the appropriate healthcare provider.
  • Utilize RIS/PACS systems for documentation and archiving of images.
  • Maintain cleanliness and readiness of imaging area, equipment, and supplies.
  • Adhere to HIPAA and institutional policies for patient confidentiality.

$3,225 - $3,400/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
