Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Current certification in MRI Technology (ARRT-MR or equivalent)
• Valid state licensure in Radiologic Technology
• Proven clinical experience in MRI imaging, preferably in a hospital environment
• Comprehensive understanding of MRI safety protocols and procedures
• Proficiency with MRI equipment and PACS/RIS systems
• Ability to prioritize patient comfort and deliver compassionate care
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with healthcare professionals

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate MRI scanners to obtain detailed diagnostic images per physician orders
• Position patients accurately and monitor throughout imaging procedures
• Adhere to safety standards, maintaining a secure environment for patients and staff
• Review images for diagnostic quality and relay findings per established protocols
• Maintain patient records and document procedures in compliance with regulatory standards
• Provide clear instructions and support to patients before, during, and after scans
