An opportunity is available for an MRI technologist with experience on Siemens equipment to support advanced imaging services. This role requires at least one year of hands-on MRI experience and active certification through the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT), along with a current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Experience with Cerner Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems is a plus.
Key Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year MRI experience, specifically with Siemens MRI equipment
- Active ARRT certification
- Current BLS certification
- Familiarity with Cerner EMR preferred
Location: This assignment is based in Kansas City, Kansas, a vibrant metropolitan area known for its rich cultural heritage, diverse culinary scene, and numerous recreational activities. Kansas City offers an excellent quality of life with a blend of urban amenities and friendly Midwestern charm.
Assignment Details and Schedule:
- Contract position lasting approximately 13 weeks
- 36 hours per week, with shifts scheduled on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays
- Day shifts from 7:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
- No required call, floating, or on-call responsibilities
- Holidays observed as recognized by the client facility
Responsibilities include performing MRI imaging procedures in accordance with professional standards and safety protocols, ensuring patient care quality, and accurate documentation within the Cerner EMR system.
