Schedule:

• Two 12-hour shifts and two 8-hour shifts per week
• Includes weekend and call rotation
• Flexibility to support department needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform MRI procedures, producing high-quality diagnostic images for physician review
• Prepare and instruct patients, promoting cooperation and alleviating anxiety
• Apply magnetic resonance safety standards to protect patients and staff
• Select and operate imaging equipment, position patients, and ensure their comfort and safety
• Execute venipuncture and administer contrast media as necessary
• Participate as a team member in a multidisciplinary setting, serving on committees and projects
• Troubleshoot and manipulate digital data, archive images, and operate radiology information systems (including PACS)
• Assist physicians during interventional procedures and maintain aseptic techniques
• Educate new partners and students during clinical rotations

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited radiography program (education verification required)
• Demonstrated MRI Technologist experience
• ARRT Radiography and ARRT MRI certifications
• Current BLS certification
