A healthcare facility in Irving, TX is seeking a skilled Imaging Technologist with MRI expertise for a contract opportunity. This role focuses on advanced imaging modalities and requires CT and X-Ray registry credentials alongside MRI certification.

Responsibilities
- Perform MRI imaging using GE 360 1.5T MRI machines with precision and adherence to safety protocols
- Operate additional imaging equipment including GE 660 128-slice CT scanner and GE & Shimadzu portable X-Ray units
- Manage patient preparation and positioning for multi-modality imaging exams
- Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare teams to ensure diagnostic quality images
- Flexibly rotate between day and evening shifts as needed to meet patient care demands
Qualifications
- Certified MRI Technologist with current CT and X-Ray registry credentials required
- Texas CT Tech license mandatory; note turnaround time for licensing may be up to four months without license in hand
- Proven experience working with advanced imaging equipment in a clinical environment
- Strong attention to detail, patient care skills, and ability to work independently
Schedule
- Mid-shift, 5 days per week, 8-hour shifts from 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM
