Job Description

Deliver high-quality diagnostic imaging by utilizing your expertise in MRI technology in a dynamic, patient-focused environment. This opportunity offers a chance to work on a contract basis, collaborating with a dedicated healthcare team and providing essential MRI services. Your role will help support accurate diagnoses and exceptional patient care.

Schedule:

  • Second Shift
  • Monday to Thursday, 1:00pm11:00pm

Qualifications:

  • Credentialed and registered in MRI technology (ARRT or equivalent)
  • Proven experience operating MRI imaging equipment
  • Strong understanding of imaging safety protocols, especially for MRI environments
  • Ability to effectively communicate with patients and clinical staff
  • Detail-oriented and capable of independent work within clinical guidelines

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and position patients for MRI procedures ensuring safety and comfort at all times
  • Accurately conduct MRI scans following facility protocols and physician orders
  • Provide clear instructions and reassurance to patients throughout the procedure
  • Maintain imaging equipment, troubleshoot minor issues, and report concerns promptly
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other medical staff to ensure timely, diagnostic-quality images
  • Document procedures and patient information in compliance with healthcare standards and privacy regulations
