Qualifications & Experience:

• Certification or registry in MRI technology (ARRT (MR) or equivalent)
• Proven clinical experience performing MRI scans in a healthcare setting
• Thorough knowledge of MRI safety protocols and patient screening
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to patient care and safety
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Current BLS certification

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality MRI exams according to physician orders and department protocols
• Explain procedures and address patient concerns to ensure comfort and cooperation
• Evaluate images for diagnostic quality and accuracy
• Properly position patients and select appropriate imaging parameters
• Maintain accurate and timely records of imaging procedures
• Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and other medical staff
• Monitor equipment functionality and promptly report any malfunctions
• Adhere to all infection control, privacy, and hospital operational standards
