Key Qualifications:

• Proficiency in MRI imaging procedures
• Experience as an MRI Technologist
• Ability to calibrate and independently operate MRI equipment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to safety protocols
• Effective communication skills and commitment to patient-centered care
• Certification as an MRI Technologist preferred; valid relevant licensure required
• Previous experience working under radiologist direction is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and calibrate MRI equipment to produce diagnostic images
• Prepare and position patients according to prescribed protocols
• Follow safety and infection control guidelines during all procedures
• Accurately process and document images for radiologist review
• Collaborate with radiologist and healthcare teams to coordinate patient care
• Provide compassionate support and explanations to patients throughout imaging procedures
• Troubleshoot and maintain MRI equipment as necessary
