In this dynamic imaging role, you'll sharpen your experience operating both GE Signa Artist (1.5T) and GE Signa Architect (3T) MRI machines within a renowned medical setting. Your responsibilities will stretch from performing advanced MRI protocols on inpatients and outpatientsincluding critically ill and sedated individualsto collaborating on complex studies in Neuro, Body, and Musculoskeletal cases. Engaging with a comprehensive EMR/PACS system (EPIC and McKesson), youll play a key part in ensuring seamless patient care and accurate imaging for radiologist interpretation.
Schedule/Hours:
- Flexible first shift (7am7:30pm) or third shift (7pm7:30am) based on department needs
- No on-call or weekend shifts required
Responsibilities:
- Acquire high-quality diagnostic images following established protocols
- Position and prepare patients, providing procedure information and ensuring safety
- Utilize EPIC for charting and McKesson PACS for image management
- Participate in MRI procedures on all patient populations, including those under sedation
- Perform multiple routine and advanced protocols, including research and complex implants
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of MRI experience
- ARRT or ARMRIT certification
- Current BLS certification
