Job Description
This opportunity is ideal for an MRI technologist with at least one year of experience seeking a contract position in a well-established medical center. The role focuses on imaging services within the MRI department, working a consistent Monday through Friday schedule without weekend or on-call responsibilities. Candidates will be evaluated through a clinical screening process to ensure a good fit within the hospitals guidelines before final approval by management.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of MRI imaging experience
- Ability to perform imaging within the scope of practice and facility guidelines
- Open to first-time travelers and local applicants
- Compliance with onboarding and orientation requirements is mandatory
Schedule/Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM (Mid Shift, 5x8 hours)
- No weekends or call duties
- Floating may be required within the facility depending on needs and scope of practice
Responsibilities:
- Conduct MRI imaging procedures accurately and safely
- Maintain patient safety and comfort throughout the imaging process
- Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team for optimal patient care
- Adhere to facility policies and compliance standards
- Participate in orientation and training as necessary for assignment

- Assignments may include major holidays; commitment to work on these days is expected as per assignment period
