This opportunity is ideal for imaging specialists seeking to broaden their expertise in MRI. Youll work alongside experienced clinical teams, further develop your skills on GE systems and EPIC, and adapt to dynamic, real-world hospital settings. The role allows you to interface with diverse patient populations, build your resume with sought-after technical and procedural experience, and get a fresh perspective on radiology leadership and workflows.
Schedule/Hours:
- Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM 4:00 PM
- Every 5th weekend rotation
- Every other holiday
- Call: day during weekdays, based on departmental needs
- Floating to nearby sites (within 40 miles) may be required
Qualifications:
- Current ARRT certification
- Active Wisconsin Radiographer License
- Minimum 1 year of hospital MRI experience, including with the GE system
- Familiarity with EPIC EHR
- Previous travel assignment experience is a plus
- Flexibility to float to on-site or nearby locations within your skill set
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality MRI scans in accordance with physician orders and hospital protocols
- Ensure safe, compassionate patient care during imaging procedures
- Accurately document and update patient information in EPIC
- Collaborate closely with radiologists, nurses, and technologists
- Flexibly float to other departments or nearby facilities as needed
