Taking on an imaging role here means advancing your expertise in a vibrant Level III Trauma Center, where each day brings diverse cases, close teamwork, and exposure to state-of-the-art technology.

Serving both hospital and ER-based MRI rooms, youll gain hands-on experience with four GE MRI machines, a Siemens system, and a workflow that encompasses everything from neuro and spine imaging to advanced pediatric and anesthesia-assisted cases. Collaborate alongside top-tier MRI technologists, safety-trained aides, experienced radiology nurses, and an engaged team of radiologists, ensuring a collaborative and supportive work environment.

Role Details:

  • Schedule/Hours:
    Weekdays likely 0600-1900, with on-call rotation (one weeknight/week, 1900-0600, 30-minute response time)
    Weekend or holiday shifts and call possible
    Flexible set schedule to accommodate department needs
  • Responsibilities:
    Perform a wide range of MRI procedures, including neuro, ortho, cardiac, breast, and pediatric studies
    Operate GE and Siemens MRI equipment, ensure patient safety, and manage anesthesia cases
    Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for seamless workflow
    Adhere to safety protocols and maintain high-quality imaging standards
    Rotate between two MRI areas within the hospital
  • Desired Qualifications:
    At least 5 years acute care MRI experience
    Current BLS, ARRT(MR) or ARMRIT, and Montana state license
    Strong background in pediatric and anesthesia-based MRI procedures
    Experience with GE MRI required; Siemens, cardiac, and breast biopsy experience preferred
    Comfortable with on-call and holiday rotations
