An exciting opportunity awaits for an experienced MRI or CT technologist eager to take a pivotal role in developing a cutting-edge remote imaging program within a hospitals virtual care division. This onsite position is based in a dynamic clinical command center, also known as a virtual hospital setting, in Phoenix, AZ. This unique role focuses on program creation and support, rather than direct patient interaction, making it ideal for a tech-savvy leader passionate about innovating within the imaging field.
Schedule/Hours:
- Contract duration: 13 to 26 weeks
- Onsite presence required in Phoenix, AZ
Desired Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in MRI or CT imaging technology
- Previous involvement in remote healthcare programs strongly preferred
- Recognized as a top performer with excellent references
- Fast learner and adaptable to new technologies and workflows
- Strong leadership skills with a love of teaching and knowledge sharing
- Startup or new program launch experience is a plus
- Charismatic communicator, able to collaborate effectively and drive project momentum
- Willingness to travel onsite as required for operational needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Launch and help develop a pioneering remote imaging initiative in a virtual hospital environment
- Participate in strategic planning, workflow optimization, and process implementation
- Lead education and training efforts for staff as needed
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality program delivery
- Attend 1-2 Zoom interviews as part of the hiring process
