This busy MRI department is equipped with state-of-the-art technology, including two newly installed GE Artist machines. Staffed by experienced professionals who value teamwork, youll have the opportunity to collaborate and learn from peers with a range of expertise. The 1st floor Main Entrance unit averages 32 exams per day, providing meaningful challenges and the chance to refine your clinical and technical skills. Exposure to cutting-edge equipment and diverse patient populations will help you build an impressive rsum and expand your knowledge of best practices in imaging.
Schedule/Hours:
- 7:00 PM 7:00 AM, weekends included
Key Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 months recent MRI Tech experience
- BLS certification required
- ARRT (MR) registration
- Prior experience with GE MRI machines and Level 1 trauma environments preferred
- Strong critical care background is a plus
- Engaged, self-motivated attitude with a commitment to excellent patient care
Role Responsibilities:
- Operate advanced GE MRI scanners to produce high-contrast diagnostic images
- Administer contrast agents safely and accurately
- Collaborate with a skilled night shift team of 2 techs and coordinate care across shifts
- Maintain high quality standards for imaging and patient safety within a busy setting
