Key Qualifications:
- Completed education and current certification in Radiologic Technology with specialty in mammography
- ARRT (M) certification required
- Active state radiologic technologist license in good standing
- Proven experience operating up-to-date digital mammography equipment
- Strong adherence to safety protocols and attention to patient comfort
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for working with patients and interdisciplinary teams
- Ability to maintain clear documentation and comply with privacy laws and standards

Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform screening and diagnostic mammograms in accordance with industry best practices
- Prepare and position patients, ensuring optimal image quality and patient safety throughout procedures
- Accurately document and maintain imaging records, following established procedures
- Monitor equipment functionality, troubleshoot technical problems, and coordinate timely maintenance
- Communicate findings effectively to physicians and support collaborative patient care
- Engage with patients to provide information, answer questions, and deliver compassionate service
- Strictly maintain the confidentiality and security of all patient information
