Schedule:

• Monday through Friday

Qualifications:

• Current certification in radiologic technology (ARRT)
• Mammography specialty certification required
• Experience with digital mammography equipment
• Knowledge of radiology safety standards and quality assurance protocols
• Strong interpersonal and patient communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a clinical team
• Recent clinical experience in mammography imaging preferred

Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic mammograms in accordance with physician orders and regulatory guidelines
• Position patients accurately while ensuring their comfort and modesty
• Operate and maintain digital imaging equipment, ensuring proper calibration and function
• Document procedures, maintain accurate records, and upload images to PACS
• Provide clear instructions to patients and answer their questions compassionately
• Monitor image quality to assist radiologists in making accurate diagnoses
• Follow established protocols for infection control and equipment safety
