This assignment in a leading Breast Diagnostic Center introduces you to a dynamic workplace employing the latest in imaging technology, including Hologic units and contrast enhanced mammography (CEM). Working here means collaborating within a supportive, award-winning team (including a recent Rose Award recipient) and expanding your skills with advanced diagnostics. Exposure to multiple documentation systems (Penrad, Sectra, Ambry, Expanse) and the opportunity to perform both screenings and diagnostic exams further boosts your resume and clinical acumen.
Schedule/Hours:
- Monday-Friday, start times between 7:30 am or 8:00 am, shifts ending at 4:00 or 4:30 pm
- One Saturday half-day every 3-4 months
Key Qualifications:
- ARRT certification in mammography (required)
- Current BCLS certification (required)
- Strong capacity for independent screenings/diagnostic exams
- Excellent patient interaction skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Familiarity with Hologic mammography equipment preferred
- Comfortable with Penrad, Sectra, Ambry, and Expanse systems a plus
Core Responsibilities:
- Perform mammography imaging (screening and diagnostic)
- Deliver superb patient care throughout all procedures
- Ensure accurate documentation and coordination with care teams
- Uphold department protocols and dress code (bright pink/black scrubs)
