Key Responsibilities:

• Perform mammography exams per departmental protocols, ensuring procedures are thorough, accurate, and patient-focused.
• Safely position patients and operate imaging equipment, prioritizing both image quality and patient comfort.
• Deliver safe, age-appropriate care and communicate effectively with patients and team members.
• Apply independent judgment, technical expertise, and initiative when handling a variety of complex imaging tasks.
• Uphold stringent quality and safety standards, maintaining the departments commitment to regulatory compliance.
• Meet minimum FDA/MQSA continuing education and experience requirements, consistently advancing your knowledge and skills.
• Assist with patient care before, during, and after procedures, ensuring a compassionate and efficient experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proven experience in mammography or related imaging procedures.
• Current ARRT (Mammography) certification strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of FDA/MQSA standards for mammography.
• Dependable, accountable, and able to work cooperatively within a team environment.
• Ability to independently manage workflow and make informed decisions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
