Specialists in Mammography will thrive in a state-of-the-art Breast Diagnostic Center featuring Hologic equipmentincluding three advanced mammography units and contrast enhanced mammography (CEM). With exposure to innovative imaging technology and documentation systems like Penrad and Sectra, you will sharpen your technical expertise while collaborating with dedicated professionals. The department celebrates teamwork and excellenceone of the technologists was recently recognized with the Rose Award for exceptional patient care. Schedule/Hours:
- Monday to Friday (7:30 or 8:00 am start, 4:00 or 4:30 pm finish)
- One half-day Saturday every 34 months
Qualifications:
- ARRT certification in Mammography (required)
- Current BCLS certification
- Expertise conducting screening and diagnostic exams independently
- Ability to provide compassionate patient care in a collaborative team setting
- Experience with advanced imaging equipment preferred
Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality screening and diagnostic mammography exams
- Collaborate with technologists and support staff to optimize workflow
- Maintain accurate documentation using Penrad, Sectra, and Expanse systems
- Deliver clear communication and support to patients through each step of their exam
- Adhere to professional dress code: bright pink/black scrubs
