Deliver high-quality mammography imaging and play a crucial role in the diagnosis and treatment of breast disease in a collaborative healthcare environment. Schedule/Hours:

• Full-time contract schedule with potential for flexible hours, depending on departmental needs.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven competencies in mammography imaging and operation of specialized breast imaging equipment.
• Valid ARRT certification in Radiologic Technology with Mammography (M) credential required.
• Demonstrated ability to provide skilled clinical care and exercise strong decision-making in imaging scenarios.
• Current BLS certification.
• Detail-oriented, with excellent interpersonal communication skills to calm and guide patients through procedures.
• At least one year of recent experience performing mammography is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform specialized breast imaging procedures to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of breast disease.
• Ensure all required mammography protocols and safety guidelines are followed.
• Produce high-quality diagnostic images while prioritizing patient comfort, safety, and confidentiality.
• Accurately document all imaging procedures, reports, and relevant patient data.
• Maintain and operate imaging equipment, troubleshooting or escalating technical issues promptly.
• Collaborate with radiologists and other clinical team members to deliver comprehensive patient care.
• Provide clear instructions and support to patients, ensuring their questions and concerns are addressed with professionalism and empathy.
