Seeking an experienced Mammography Technologist for an essential imaging role. This position is ideal for candidates skilled in performing mammography exams who are ready for a contract assignment. The contract length is 10 weeks, requiring flexibility and adaptability, with expectations to float across all assigned locations during the duration.

Schedule:

• 10-week contract
• 5x8 hour day shifts

Qualifications & Experience:

• Current certification and state licensure as a Mammography Technologist or Mammo Tech
• Proven skill in performing mammography imaging procedures
• Knowledge of current imaging best practices and radiation safety protocols
• Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
• Strong attention to detail with excellent communication and organizational skills
• Willingness to float to various sites as assigned

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality mammography exams in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
• Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the imaging process
• Accurately document patient procedures and maintain comprehensive records
• Maintain and operate mammography equipment, reporting maintenance issues promptly
• Comply with all applicable health and safety regulations and standards
• Communicate effectively with patients, explaining each step and addressing any concerns
