Responsibilities:

• Perform digital mammography procedures with precision and compassion.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain accurate patient records.
• Prepare and position patients for procedures, ensuring comfort and clear communication.
• Operate imaging equipment, troubleshoot issues, and report equipment malfunctions.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to ensure quality diagnostic outcomes.
• Maintain strict compliance with federal, state, and organizational guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Current certification in Mammography (ARRT (M) or equivalent).
• Active state licensure for radiologic technologists, if required.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and patient care skills.
• Previous experience in digital mammography imaging.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

Duties:

• Review patient history and physicians notes before imaging.
• Monitor patient during procedures to ensure safety and comfort.
• Clearly document procedures and maintain confidentiality.
• Stay updated on advances in mammography technology and best practices.
