Position Details:
- 40-hour day shift schedule
- Weekend coverage required
- On-call hours included
- 2-week notice preferred prior to assignment start
Essential Qualifications:
- Active FL state license required
- Minimum of 2 years current experience as a Vascular Interventional Technologist
- Thorough knowledge of imaging procedures, specifically in vascular interventional radiology
- Ability to collaborate effectively with physicians, nursing staff, and patients
- Credentialing documents due one week prior to assignment start date
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety in fast-paced settings
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform and assist with a variety of vascular procedures and diagnostic imaging
- Operate specialized radiology equipment, adhering to safety and quality standards
- Monitor patient status and respond appropriately to emergent situations
- Document accurately and maintain compliance with facility policies and regulatory requirements
- Participate in on-call coverage as scheduled
