Seeking an experienced Interventional Radiology (IR) Technologist to provide high-quality imaging services in a modern hospital environment. This is a contract role in a multidisciplinary imaging department, requiring adaptability across various imaging specialties.

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 8-hour shifts
  • 7:00am-3:30pm, 8:00am-4:30pm, 9:00am-until cases are complete (call days)
• Rotational weekday and weekend call required

Qualifications:

• Valid certification in BLS and ACLS
• Graduate of an NLN-accredited school of nursing
• Demonstrated experience in Interventional Radiology
• Neuro Interventional Radiology experience highly preferred
• Proficiency with moderate sedation procedures in imaging settings, including CT, MRI, US, Radiology, and Interventional Radiology
• Comfortable rotating between all medical imaging departments as needed
• Familiarity with the Meditech documentation system is a plus
• Must wear blue scrubs as part of the required dress code

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform and assist with a range of interventional radiology procedures
• Administer and monitor moderate sedation for patients across multiple imaging departments
• Collaborate with a diverse clinical team within a 321-bed hospital, contributing to exceptional patient care
• Float as necessary to support workflow in all imaging areas
• Document care accurately and efficiently within Meditech
