Key Qualifications:
- ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification in Radiology and Interventional Radiology
- Current state licensure, or eligibility for licensure in Missouri
- Strong knowledge of IR imaging equipment, techniques, and protocols
- BLS certification (AHA or equivalent)
- Proven experience in an imaging/interventional radiology setting
- Excellent communication, organization, and patient care skills
Role Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain imaging equipment for interventional radiology procedures
- Assist radiologists and physicians with minimally invasive procedures
- Prepare and care for patients throughout the procedure, ensuring comfort and safety
- Accurately document cases and monitor patient vitals as necessary
- Adhere to all safety regulations and infection control protocols
