Schedule:

• Day shifts, 5x8
• 36 hours per week guaranteed
• Weekend and call coverage as required by the facility
• 13-week contract assignment

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic and invasive procedures in interventional radiology, including scrub assisting during procedures.
• Operate advanced imaging equipment, ensuring high-quality examinations while adhering to radiation safety standards.
• Accurately administer contrast materials and conduct thorough medication reconciliation to prevent contraindications.
• Use and maintain patient care equipment such as oxygen, suction, and blood pressure monitors.
• Closely monitor patients throughout procedures, implementing appropriate immobilization and transfer techniques.
• Assist the care team and adapt to floating as needed per facility requirements.
• Contribute to general unit operations and any additional assigned duties.

Qualifications:

• Advanced registry (CI, VI, RCIS) or ARRT (R) required.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) required.
• At least 2 years of relevant interventional radiology experience.
• Proficiency with EPIC EMR is preferred.
• Commitment to dress code (black scrubs); professional attire required.
