Step into a dynamic contract role as an Imaging Interventional Radiology (IR) Technologist, supporting a high-acuity hospital environment. This position offers an engaging schedule and the opportunity to work across all departments within Medical Imaging, utilizing your IR experience and moderate sedation expertise.

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, day shifts
• Rotational 8-hour shifts: 7am3:30pm, 8am4:30pm, 9amcompletion of cases (call days)
• Rotational call required on both weekdays and weekends

Qualifications:

• Graduate of a National League for Nursing (NLN) accredited program
• Valid BLS and ACLS certifications
• Demonstrated experience in Interventional Radiology
• Neuro Interventional Radiology experience preferred
• Proficient with moderate sedation procedures across Imaging departments (CT, MRI, Ultrasound, Radiology, Interventional Radiology)
• Adaptability to rotate to all areas of Medical Imaging as needed
• Familiarity with Meditech documentation system preferred
• Ability to wear and maintain the required blue scrubs uniform

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform interventional radiology procedures with precision and a commitment to patient safety
• Administer moderate sedation as part of imaging procedures, following best practices
• Support general imaging workflow as assigned; flexibility to float between departments within Medical Imaging
• Accurately document all procedures using the Meditech system
• Participate in scheduled call rotations to provide comprehensive department coverage
