Schedule/Hours:
- On-call rotations after hours and weekends
- Serve a 4-bed unit with a dedicated team of 5 RNs and 4 technologists
Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of hospital experience required
- BLS certification (must have)
- Specialized experience as an IR Tech, specifically with neuro-interventional radiology
- Proven proficiency handling high-volume neuro procedures
- Familiarity with Meditech EMR
- Commitment to excellence and adaptability in a collaborative environment
- Navy scrubs required
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform complex neuro-interventional radiology procedures
- Ensure patient safety and care during all imaging and angiography tasks
- Collaborate with nursing staff and physicians in the special procedures unit
- Flexibly respond to on-call needs, including weekends
