Qualifications and Experience:

• Current state licensure as required
• Proficient with fluoroscopy, angiograms, venograms, and related IR equipment
• BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
• Excellent communication and critical-thinking skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and assist with interventional radiology procedures under physician direction
• Operate and maintain diagnostic imaging equipment with a focus on precision and safety
• Screen patients for contrast allergies and assess readiness for imaging studies
• Ensure strict adherence to sterile and aseptic techniques
• Document patient records, procedural notes, and image archives accurately
• Monitor patients during procedures, responding promptly to potential complications
• Communicate with physicians and nursing staff regarding imaging findings and patient needs
• Contribute to the smooth workflow of the imaging department
