Step into an advanced teaching hospital recognized as a Level I Trauma, Chest Pain, and Stroke Center. This respected facility delivers care to adults and pediatric patients from the ED, ICUs, nursing units, and outpatient settings, providing a chance to hone your clinical competencies while learning from top professionals. Schedule/Hours:
- 13-week travel contract
- Assigned to 1st, 2nd, 3rd shift, or weekends as per current department needs (fixed schedule, not rotating)
- Department operates 24/7/365; on-call duties shared equitably
- Holiday coverage participation expected unless pre-approved
Your Qualifications:
- ARRT-R and BLS certifications required
- At least 1 year of interventional radiology experience (first-time travelers welcome)
- Strong clinical skill set and ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting
- Effective communicator; enthusiastic about teamwork
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct interventional radiology procedures for a broad patient spectrum
- Collaborate with a supportive team of lead techs, supervisors, and imaging managers
- Utilize advanced systems: EMR (EPIC), Siemens (single- and bi-plane), and Cannon bi-plane equipment
- Adhere to established protocols, ensuring superior care and safety
