Schedule/Hours:
- Travel assignment (specific shifts will be clarified during scheduling)
Qualifications:
- Current ARRT certification in Radiologic Technology (RT)
- Registered or eligible in Vascular Interventional Radiography (VI) preferred
- Valid BLS certification through AHA
- Minimum of one year IR Tech experience in a hospital or imaging center
- Proficiency with image-guided procedures and vascular access
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Responsibilities:
- Assist in a range of interventional radiology procedures, such as angiograms, stenting, and biopsies
- Operate and maintain imaging equipment, ensuring patient safety and image quality
- Prepare and position patients, adhering to safety protocols and sterile techniques
- Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare staff
- Document procedures and ensure accurate patient records
