Qualifications:
- Certified and registered as an Interventional Radiology Technologist (ARRT or equivalent)
- Valid state license (or eligibility for licensure in Texas)
- Minimum of 1 year recent experience in an IR Tech role preferred
- Thorough understanding of imaging protocols, patient safety, and sterile technique
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- CPR/BLS certification required
Responsibilities:
- Assist physicians with a variety of interventional radiology procedures, ensuring optimal image quality and patient care
- Operate and maintain imaging equipment in accordance with safety procedures
- Prepare and position patients, providing clear instructions and reassurance throughout procedures
