Working in a large, academic medical center with Level 1 Trauma Designation, youll join an innovative team passionate about continuous learning and high-quality patient care. Exposure to a diverse caseloadranging from complex strokes and trauma interventions to advanced cancer treatmentswill greatly enhance your skills while expanding your professional network. Youll collaborate with esteemed neurosurgeons, interventional radiologists, and new professionals eager for mentorship, making each shift an opportunity for personal growth and leadership development.

Schedule Options:

  • 3 x 12-hour shifts: 08:00-18:30
  • 4 x 10-hour shifts: 08:00-18:30
  • 5 x 8-hour shifts: 08:00-16:30
  • 3-4 call days per month; every 5th-6th weekend rotation

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of recent experience in IR Body/Neuro within a Level 1 Trauma Center
  • Active ARRT-R or RCIS certification and BLS required
  • ACLS and NIHSS beneficial
  • Comfort supporting and mentoring new graduates is essential
  • Experience operating Siemens, GE, and Philips imaging systems

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scrub and assist on interventional radiology procedures; ensure proper equipment and sterile technique
  • Circulate during procedures, providing supplies and monitoring patient needs
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including Neuro and Body providers, tech extenders, and RNs
  • Participate in department quality initiatives and preceptorship as needed
