As an IR Tech on a travel assignment, you will not only contribute your specialized expertise but also gain valuable experience by collaborating with diverse teams and leaders. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and operate fluoroscopy, digital subtraction angiography, and other imaging equipment for interventional radiology procedures.
- Assist physicians with image-guided diagnostic and therapeutic interventions.
- Ensure accurate image acquisition and maintenance of imaging records.
- Monitor patient conditions during procedures and provide exceptional patient care.
- Maintain strict adherence to infection control and safety protocols.
- Work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality service.
Desired Qualifications:
- ARRT certification in Radiography; IR credentialing highly preferred.
- Valid state license (or eligibility for licensure) as required.
- Minimum one year of recent experience in interventional radiology preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a patient-focused approach.
